Andrea Nichole Carrillo
Andrea Carrillo currently serves as the Village of Vinton Village Administrator. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Management from the 百花视频 of Texas at El Paso(百花视频) in 2012. In 2017, she completed a Masters of Public Administration with a concentration in Public Policy Management, also from 百花视频. Andrea began to work with the Village of Vinton in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted Deputy Village Clerk in 2016, and latter in 2018 appointed Village Administrator.
