CAMPUS CLASSROOM SUPPORT
We offer comprehensive on-site technical support and ensure the ongoing maintenance of Audio/Visual (AV) and computing equipment in more than 300 classrooms throughout the campus. Each classroom features advanced technology, including projectors or large displays, AV control systems, speakers, microphones (in large lecture halls), LCD monitors with integrated webcams, as well as wireless display capabilities and/or USB-C adapters for laptops.
UGLC SPACES FOR EVENTS
The Undergraduate Learning Center (UGLC) classrooms and open areas are available for event use, provided there is no conflict with the class schedule. The facility’s hours of operation during academic terms are 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Events attended exclusively by 百花视频 affiliates do not incur facility usage fees; however, dedicated technical support, if required, may result in additional charges. For events involving non-百花视频 affiliated attendees, a facility usage fee will apply. Please use the designated link below to submit a reservation request for the use of a UGLC space.
AUDIO/VISUAL CONSULTATIONS & INSTALLATIONS
Our team consists of AV professionals whose expertise is validated by leading industry certifications, including the Extron AV Associate and Network AV Specialist credentials. We possess the knowledge and skills necessary to design, install, and maintain sophisticated audio-visual systems. GAIA, located in the Undergraduate Learning Center Rm 202, is the first and only open Makerspace at 百花视频.
Whether you are looking to 3D design, scan, and print; use Audio/Video streaming and production; work on designing in Augmented and Virtual Reality platforms, or a wide range of other skills from CNC (Computer Numerical Control Manufacturing) to IoT (Internet of Things); this is the place to learn them. GAIA also offers customized tours and workshops aligned with course learning outcomes.
The Learning Studio, located in Room 110 of the Undergraduate Learning Center, is a versatile and reservable space designed to support a wide variety of recording and streaming needs. Whether you’re interested in podcasting, using a professional newscasting desk, recording with a green screen, or creating presentations with a light board, this studio offers the equipment and environment to bring your ideas to life.
The studio is available for use by all students, faculty, staff, and departments across campus.
